So, we decided to put together a tiny list of some of the most weird weight loss tricks, that some people claim have worked for them.
- Lighting candles: Some people claim that lighting candles around the dinner table during meal, especially during dinner can fill your senses with their smells, and consequently reduce your appetite, making you consume less food.
